Mike's Notes
I personally went through this Tundra CrewMax top to bottom, and for a Platinum trim with this kind of history, it's a strong find. The 5.7L i-Force V8 fires right up, pulls hard, and sounds exactly like a healthy Tundra should — these engines are notorious for going 300,000+ miles when they're cared for, and this one has clearly been maintained with regular Grease Monkey oil changes, differential services, and air/cabin filter replacements through its Colorado ownership. The Redrock leather still looks sharp, the heated/ventilated power seats work perfectly, and the power sliding rear window and dual-zone climate are all functioning as they should. CARFAX shows two owners, a minor cosmetic damage report back in 2015 (left side, nothing structural), and a clean emissions pass as recently as December 2025. If you want a proven 4x4 workhorse that can tow your toys to Winter Park, haul materials around the Front Range, and still carry the family in CrewMax comfort — without a new-truck payment — this is the one to come look at.
