I personally inspected this Xterra and I've gotta say — this is exactly the kind of vehicle Coloradans keep asking me to find. The CARFAX tells a fantastic story: 33 service records, no accidents, always registered in Colorado, and dealer-serviced at Schomp Nissan through most of its early life. What really impressed me is that the previous owner didn't cut any corners preparing this SUV — in August 2025 they dropped over a suspension's worth of work into it including new front and rear shocks, front struts, axles, axle seals, and wheel bearings, plus a fresh alignment. On top of that, the rear brakes (pads and rotors), oil, cabin filter, and air filter were all done in August 2026, and the coolant and brake fluid were flushed in April. The body still shows that gorgeous Lava Red Pearl paint beautifully, the Gray cloth interior is clean and unripped, and mechanically the 4.0L V6 pulls hard and shifts smooth — this Xterra is ready to be driven up to Loveland Pass tomorrow morning.
